Read below for an explanation of the form fields used to generate the shortened URL.

• Sponsor number
  This is your Young Living assigned sponsor number.
• Enroller number
  This is typically the same as your Sponsor number above, unless you want your link to enroll new members under someone else.
• Email
  Your email is required so that we can send you a copy of the link for later use.
